Dear friends and visitors of our websites

BETTER TOGETHER could also be the motto for the luxroots working together in genealogy during the past 10 years.
TOGETHER makes the difference: The luxroots associates work together in the same common database while the family researcher, member of an association or not, is working on its personal database.
This union makes the strength to reach our big goal ie to assemble the jigsaw puzzle of the genealogy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its border regions.
As you can see from this chart of births entered in the luxroots-database, the luxroots team works in all cantons of Luxembourg and also in Belgium (Province of Luxembourg) and Germany (Rhineland-Palatinate).

Today, thanks to this collaboration, the luxroots group hosts the largest genealogical database of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. luxroots.club asbl, the club of the group counts more than 600 members and thus becomes the main genealogical society of the Grand Duchy.

Why pay 3 times if you can get almost everything with a single payment. Therefore,
support our projects with a subscription if you do not already do so!

Provided that you do not yet know it, Familysearch.org shows free of charge for the family researchers
all records of the Civil Registers (1796-1923) from Luxembourg, from Belgium and other countries.
luxroots make available free of charge to his associate the pictures of the records of a certain township/parish which he plans to analyze and to enter the details in the luxroots-database.
